I can't login. You can attempt to login 20 times before your account is frozen. After that call the office and ask to have site access restored (on the set rights page) and your password reset.
I can't access the site. There are two possible reasons for this. One is that site access has been taken away. The other is that you have not completed your profile. You must complete a profile to access the site so the system knows what information and services to provide you with.
I can't upload pictures. This is almost certainly because you are using
Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer does not "eat" JavaScript errors and so instead of uploading your picture to the server it will sit there and do nothing. Ironically, the JavaScript errors are probably created by ASP.NET which is another Microsoft technology. Try
logging out and restarting your browser or switching to FireFox or Opera for a better experience.
Pages are taking a long time to load. The problem, of course, could be your internet connection. If you have ruled that out, try logging out and restarting your browser.
The system is not acting right or is pulling up random data. If you experience an unusual error please let us know. Most likely this is caused by your browsing session getting out of sync. This can often be resolved by logging out and restarting your browser. If that does not work you can reset most of your connection by visiting this link
